River Media

From the moment that God said “let there be light”, the world has been a place a communication. We live in an age today where media is everywhere we go and has the power to connect us immediately to thousands of other people.

What we are doing in the Media Department here at the River Dream Centre is use the latest technology to connect with people in a range of different ways – we come up with all the ideas for media on Sundays and other events, we film, design graphics and create brochures, stream our services, have a very engaging website with lots of blogs and content, and we use Facebook and Twitter everyday to communicate with people.

We’re looking for two types of people: those are are skilled or are ready to learn the skills to film, edit, mix video and audio and do graphic design, and those who are able to organise projects and orchestrate engagement on Facebook, Twitter and our blog.

Almost 100 years ago, the film industry in Hollywood was pioneered by Christians. We want to be involved at the cutting edge of the new social media revolution and make sure we use it for good!
